Vinegat Natural Acetic Acid has various application, some of them as below -
Used extensively for the development of formulations in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries where high purity and fitness for human consumption are required.The diluted product is the main natural preservative used in the food industry.Used as a preservative, flavoring agent, stabilizer, emulsifier, pH regulator in food curing and fermentation, and in pharmaceutical preparations. Used as a raw material in chemical synthesis processes, especially for polymers and resins, due to the absence of heavy metals in the product.
Vinegar Natural Acetic Acid is a corrosive colorless liquid with characteristic odor and strongly acidic taste. It is completely soluble in water, alcohol, ether, and benzene. It is produced by aerobic fermentation of ethyl alcohol into vinegar by the use of Acetobacter. It is then filtered and concentrated by distillation. The biotechnological process makes the produced acetic acid a natural product of high purity.
