Heat Exchanger PhosClean
Specially designed for cleaning of Rust and Scale build-up deposits from heat transfer surfaces.
Heat Exchanger PhosClean is specialized acidic Cleaner for HEAT EXCHANGER to dissolve and removal of metallic oxides, rust, calcium carbonate and other inorganic scale. Heat Exchanger PhosClean is mixed with water then heated and circulated through the heat exchanger for 2 to 6 hours.
RXSOL Heat Exchanger PhosClean is based on Phosphoric Acid and corrosion inhibitor to dissolve metallic oxides, rust, calcium carbonate and other inorganic scale.
Procedure for Use :-
- RXSOL-51-1011-025 is highly concentrate
- For Scale dissolving Calcium Carbonate Dilute in water 1:9 ratio 1 Parts and 9 parts Heat Exchanger PhosClean RXSOL-51-1011-025 (always use a plastic jar and RXSOL-51-1011-025 should be added to water never add water to (RXSOL-51-1011-025.)
- For Metal Oxide dissolving Dilute in water 1:4 ratio 1 Parts and 4 parts Heat Exchanger PhosClean RXSOL-51-1011-025 (always use a plastic jar and RXSOL-51-1011-025 should be added to water never add water to (RXSOL-51-1011-025.)
Heat Exchanger PhosClean is mixed with water then heated and circulated through the heat exchanger for 2 to 6 hours.
The recommended cleaning temperature is 50–70°C (122–158°F).
Neutralization process must required prior to disposal of Heat Exchanger PhosClean.
Heat Exchanger Neutralizer RXSOL-51-1308-025 is a strong alkaline cleaning liquid that is specifically designed for the neutralization of used Heat Exchanger PhosClean RXSOL-51-1011-025 prior to disposal. Principally Heat Exchanger Neutralizer is pH Neutralizer Solution is a high-purity aqueous solution, It is used to increase pH and alkalinity of acidic water and process streams, and to maintain proper operating pH in treatment systems.
RXSOL-51-1011-025 can be used as a RUST spot cleaner.
A superior heavy duty and highly Concentrated liquid blend of surfactant & organic compound containing rust penetrating agent, solubilizer and inhibited phosphoric acid with ionic and non ionic emulsifier.
For polishing almost all metals, such as brass, copper, nickel, chrome, stainless steel, aluminium and even for machinery and golf clubs.
Warning : In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. Use chemical resistance PVC gloves for skin contact and also use face mask for eye and face protection.
