Corrosion Inhibitor Fluid
Corrosion Inhibitor is a low viscosity multi-purpose corrosion inhibitor and widely applicable and easily washable. It has strong effectiveness for ferrous and non ferrous metal.
Corrosion Inhibitor Fluid is a corrosion inhibitor oil additive for hydraulic oil and gearbox assemblies. It performs effectively under adverse conditions and in the presence of such corrosive species as chlorides, sulfur compounds, or hydrogen sulfide. RXSOL-68-6815-025 contains no hazardous chromates, nitrites, or phosphate inhibitors. RXSOL-68-6815-025 utilizes the finest paraffinic petroleum distillates as carriers. RXSOL-68-6815-025 possesses an exceedingly high flash point, enhancing in-plant safety when compared to common oil protectants. RXSOL-68-6815-025 is supplied in concentrate form, which is easily diluted with lubricating, hydraulic, or preservative oils; saving shipping and inventory expense. RXSOL-68-6815-025 is a broad range corrosion inhibitor not only effective on ferrous metals, but also effective on zinc, aluminum, galvanized steel, copper, cadmium, silver, brass, and many other alloys.
This classified Corrosion Inhibitor also wroks for light lubricanting. General cleaning and preventative.
- Can resist severe atmosphere.
- Low viscosity, fast dry and mere residue.
- Multi-metal protection
- Salt Spray Test-passes 90 hours
Dosage
Fog interiors with RXSOL-68-6815-025 concentrate at 1 liter/m3. RXSOL-68-6815-025 should not be used in applications with the potential to encounter liquid water
Corrosion Inhibitor can be apply on Machine parts, Cable, Chain, Pulley, Bare Metal Tolls, Shaft, Gear, Spring, Pipe, Engine, Roller Bearing, Motor, Pin, Spare-parts, structure.
Features and Benefits
- Provides universal corrosion protection to ferrous and nonferrous metals
