Tank Cleaner HD is suitable for the cleaning of heavy fuel oils, lube oils, grease, bitumen residues etc., from cargo storage tanks, pipeline systems, engine rooms, pump rooms etc. The dispersant solvents will rapidly penetrate oil residues, breaking them up and freeing them from surfaces. Detergent wetting agents lower liquid surface tension and increase the efficiency of emulsification.
