How to use Ultrasonic Cleaner PDU 450 Enhanced Formulation in workshops?
- Fill ultrasonic tank with water (preferably DI or soft).
- Add PDU 450 powder at 5-10%
- Heat to 50–80°C for optimum performance.
- Immerse parts and activate ultrasonic bath (typically 5–20 mins).
- Rinse thoroughly with water after cleaning.
- Dry parts by air blow or oven if needed.
