It is odorless, ammonia-free, and non-flammable.
It offers superior cleaning and degreasing for metals, ceramics, plastics, and other hard surfaces. The formulation effectively removes oils, carbon residues, fine particulates, machining coolants, and stubborn dirt without damaging delicate components.
ULTRASONIC CLEANER PD 400 Powder Solution removes general oils, and light oils and greases from components and products found in machine and metalworking shops, chemical plants and petrochemical refineries, automotive plants, appliance factories, telecommunications equipment producers, printing plants, and many other industrial, manufacturing and fabricating facilities.
How to use ULTRASONIC CLEANER PD 400
- Prepare ultrasonic tank with water (preferably DI or soft water).
- Add PD 400 at 10–50 g/L depending on level of soiling.
- Heat the solution to 40–80°C for best results.
- Immerse parts and activate ultrasonic cleaning cycle (5–20 min).
- Rinse parts thoroughly with clean water and dry.
- Suitable for use in industrial, marine, automotive, electronics, and maintenance sectors.
