TankClean EcoSolve
Heavy-Duty Ecological Cleaner for Hydrocarbon Deposits & Hydrocarbon-Free Tank Cleaning
Product Category: Marine Tank Cleaning Chemical
Application: Cargo Tanks, Fuel Tanks, Hydrocarbon Residues & Heavy Mineral Deposits
Form: Liquid Concentrate
Brand: RXSOL – DUBICHEM Marine International
Product Description
RXSOL ECO-SOLVE is a high-performance, environmentally conscious heavy-duty marine cleaning chemical designed for the removal of heavy mineral hydrocarbon deposits, oily residues, grease and persistent hydrocarbon contamination from cargo tanks and associated marine surfaces.
The product is formulated for demanding tank-cleaning operations where conventional general-purpose cleaners may not provide sufficient cleaning power. It is particularly useful when the objective is to achieve a deep, effective and hydrocarbon-free tank surface suitable for subsequent cargo loading.
Very effective cleaner for sticky PU, Gasious,Oily and Greasy mess, Fully active cleaner specially formulated for the removal of tuff oily stains residues, with out the need for Scrubbing or Brushing which can cause mechanical damages to surface and result in poor performance. Field test have shown that this is very gentle with personnel and on metallic colour surface. Should always be used at full strength to obtain maximum benefits.

This heavy duty cleaner is a biodegradable degreaser (oil dispersant). It disperse and remove all types of oil, grease, wax, and stains, leaving the treated surface cleansed and back to original condition without any short or long term effects. And This cleaner is powerfull substitute of IPA, Methyl Ethyl Ketone , acetone, and other hazardous alcohol and solvents. This product have low evaporation rate and high solvency formula can significantly reduce overall solvent usage. It contains no water and it is 100% reactive proprietory blend.
Application
Hydrocarbon-Free Tank Cleaning
One of the important applications of RXSOL ECO-SOLVE is preparation of tanks where subsequent cargo requirements demand a high level of cleanliness and minimal hydrocarbon carryover.
The product can form part of a planned tank-cleaning sequence involving pre-cleaning, chemical washing, rinsing and final inspection. The exact cleaning procedure should be selected according to the previous cargo, tank coating, contamination level and next-cargo requirements.
Cleaning Performance
RXSOL ECO-SOLVE is intended for difficult contamination where heavy mineral hydrocarbons have adhered to tank surfaces and ordinary washing is insufficient.
Its cleaning action helps loosen and remove:
-
Mineral oil residues
-
Heavy hydrocarbon films
-
Oily deposits
-
Grease
-
Persistent tank contamination
-
Hydrocarbon-based cargo residues
Technical Specification
Yes. I found the official/public technical data sheet information for Careclean Eco-Solve. There are two public versions, and the later revision gives a dosage range of 0.5–2% for recirculation, while an earlier PDS gives 1–3% for DPP→CPP cleaning and 0.3–1% for hydrocarbon-free cleaning after mineral oil.
For an RXSOL product page, I recommend using the technical specifications below as a target/comparable specification only, unless your own RXSOL QC/COA confirms these values.

Cleaning Performance
RXSOL ECO-SOLVE is designed for difficult mineral-hydrocarbon contamination, including residues associated with:
-
Crude and mineral oils
-
Coal tar
-
Benzene-containing residues
-
Lubricating oils
-
Petroleum distillates

Recommended Tank Cleaning Parameters
For demanding cargo-tank cleaning, a typical procedure can involve:
Prewash:
Prewash the tank with seawater at approximately 60°C.
Chemical concentration:
-
DPP → CPP: 1–3%
-
Hydrocarbon-free cleaning after mineral oil: 0.3–1%
Cleaning temperature:
Approximately 60°C
Circulation time:
Approximately 2–4 hours, depending on contamination and tank condition.
Final step:
Flush thoroughly with suitable water and drain the tank.
The public PDS confirms these application ranges and parameters for the source product.
Important Technical Characteristics
Neutral pH
The referenced product has a reported pH of approximately 7 at 5% dilution in fresh water, making it substantially different from strongly acidic or strongly alkaline tank cleaners.
High Flash Point
The reported flash point is above 62°C, which is an important characteristic for marine and industrial cleaning operations.
Emulsifying Action
The product uses an emulsifying cleaning mechanism to assist in loosening and removing heavy hydrocarbon residues and facilitate subsequent flushing.
Heavy-Duty Application
The product is intended for heavily contaminated systems, including cargo tanks and certain industrial equipment. Marine Care also identifies Eco-Solve for rapid cleaning of challenging mineral-oil cargoes.
