Sodium Gluconate CIP Detergent Formulation

SKU: RXSOL-12-1518-025

What is Sodium Gluconate?

Sodium gluconate is the sodium salt of gluconic acid. It is a biodegradable chelating agent widely used in CIP (Clean-In-Place) detergents, especially for:

  • Dairy plants

  • Beverage & brewery systems

  • Food processing equipment

  • Pharmaceutical reactors

  • Heat exchangers and pipelines

Why Sodium Glucoante required in Ready mix Concrete Production?
Concrete production is facing high temperature, fast setting, poor fluidity, or strength inconsistency, then our high-purity Sodium Gluconate will be a powerful solution for your plant.

Sodium Gluconate supplier and exporter. Sodium Gluconate used in concrete admixture. Sodium Gluconate CAS Number‎: ‎527-07-1

Application

Why Use Sodium Gluconate in CIP?

Sodium Gluconate as Chelating (Sequestering) Agent

It binds hardness ions like:

  • Ca²⁺

  • Mg²⁺

  • Fe³⁺

This prevents:

  • Scale formation

  • Re-deposition of minerals

  • Water hardness interference

Sodium Gluconate also used as concrete retarder, water reducing agent. Also sodium gluconate as a retarders keep concrete workable during placement and delay the initial set of concrete an additional admixture which uses in mortar/concrete.
