Silicone Fluid Emulsion 60 RXSOL is a 60% emulsion of medium viscosity polydimethylsiloxane, using a nonionic surfactant system. It has been designed for use in many applications including automotive care, polishes, industrial release and textile lubricants. Silicone Fluid Emulsion 60  is designed to allow formulators to prepare a range of different strength products, from a single feedstock, to exact customer requirements, by simply mixing with water in the appropriate ratio. Stable emulsions down to 15% solids are easily prepared to order, using standard paddle or propeller stirrers.

Application

• As ingredient in polishes, Silicone Fluid Emulsion 60 Rx is used to provide good gloss with minimum smear in both car and furniture polish formulations
• Mould release of: Rubber or plastic parts (stoppers, screw tops, bungs, etc.) Release agent for manufacturing rubberized belts.
  Release agent in printing industry.
• Lubrication of Extruded rubber parts conveyor belts. Lubricant to prevent wear & increase abrasion resistance to latex rubber.
• Textile lubricant: Yarn manufacture Sewing thread lubrication
• Hosiery manufacture
• Sewing needle lubrication, Lubricant for sewing threads & yarn to eliminate friction & tension.
