Application & Dosage

It has the advantages of quick filming, film homogeneization, chemical stable and low corrosion ratio. It can be used as pretreatment filming agent for equipment and pipeline of new system or after heavy repair. RXSOL-81-8154-210 is not affected by copper and ferric ions in water system.

Recommended Applications
Corrosion Inhibitor for Metal Rust may be used for corrosion control and pretreatment of:

  • Oil and gas production flowlines
  • Carbon-steel pipelines
  • Production vessels
  • Gathering systems
  • Separators and associated equipment
  • Water-containing hydrocarbon systems
  • Oilfield production facilities
  • Storage and process equipment
  • Process-water circulation systems
  • Ferrous metal surfaces requiring corrosion-film pretreatment

The dosage of 200-500mg/L is preferred. Pretreatment filming time for cold state is 48-72 hours, and for heat state is 24-48 hours.

In oil and gas production systems RXSOL-81-8154-210 Corrosion Inhibitor (
Preteratment Filming Agent) is a strong film forming  corrosion inhibitor.

It is a blend of partially neutralized amines and volatile amines in an aqueous based solvent system, It can use by continuous injection into oil production flowlines.
