Application & Dosage
The formulation is based on a controlled blend of alkaline and catalytic components.
Typical chemical system:
Sodium carbonate
Cobalt salt / cobalt sulphate catalyst
Sodium pyrophosphate
The exact formulation ratio is proprietary and should be established through formulation and QC validation before commercial release.
A typical starting treatment range is:
10-30 ppm of product in boiler feedwater, depending on dissolved oxygen concentration and the operating conditions of the boiler system.
