Ethylene is obtained by pyrolysis of natural gas or from naphtha by cracking. Ethylene isan unsaturated hydrocarbon and has a carbon-carbon double bond. Therefore, ethylene isvery reactive and can be converted to a variety of petrochemicals and useful end products.

The major petrochemicals produced from ethylene are :

1. Ethyl alcohol
2. Ethylene oxide
3. Ethylene glycol
4. Dichloroethane
5. Vinyl chloride
6. Polyethylene
7. Ethyl benzene

1.  Ethyl Alcohol

Shower gel (also shower cream or body wash) is a liquid product used for cleaning the body. Shower gel is an emulsion of water and detergent base, usually with added fragrance, used as a skin cleansing agent in the shower or bath.

Apply shower cleaner at appropriate dilution concentration with a hand trigger sprayer,plastic pump up sprayer, hose foaming sprayer, sponge, cloth swab or brush.Allo surface  remain wet for 2 to 3 minutes, the agitate surface with brush, sawab or sponge.Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry to restore luster and to minimize water spotting contains a blend of acids, wetting agents and solvents
to remove scale from ceramic tile,brick,glass, shower stalls,etc. This shower cleaner removes soap scum, water spots, mineral deposits, grease and oil.
